Welcome to St. James Educational Institute
St. James Educational Institute (SJEC) was founded in 2010 as a humble tuition centre catering to school and college students. By 2012, we expanded our vision and introduced Nursery Teacher Training, approved by the All India Early Childhood Care & Education, New Delhi, and recognized by the Government of NCT, Delhi
In 2013, we established the International Montessori Teachers Training Institute (IMTTI)—a pioneering initiative in the region—offering internationally recognized Montessori training to aspiring educators. Today, we proudly stand as the only authorized training centre in Trichy, Madurai, and Sivagangai districts.

Our Reach & Impact
To date, we have trained more than 200 students, equipping them with the skills needed to secure placements in both India and abroad.
We’ve conducted numerous Montessori-based workshops across schools, empowering educators with effective teaching strategies.
Our institution also offers both basic and advanced Spoken English training, enhancing the communication skills of our trainees.
